Douglas Murray is an author and journalist. His two most recent books are the Strange Death of Europe and The Madness of Crowds. He spoke to Oli Dugmore …
Just want to pick you up on the 5G thing Douglas. 5G can be used as a weapon when it comes to surveillance and we still don't know what the long term risks are to humans or the environment. The best analogy I can come up with is low audible sound waves. You can prove in a lab that sound waves can't hurt people, yet people get radicalized all the time in the middle east. The internet started as fun novelty for nerds and now its arguably tearing western civilization apart.
We have a local store with 9 people working there. It’s never closed and law of averages would suggest some should have caught the alleged virus by now. Yet three months later and around 2.5k customers per day with little or no “protective” kit and they are all still healthy.
We now seem to be in a time of “The King with no clothes on”
I’m sure if you consider local stores you visit, you see the same staff. It’s a huge sham which seems to be only gaining momentum as though it’s real. Regardless of the simple facts.
Amazed to think this conversation only a month old… today the virus is our least worry. Today the violence has shoved the virus into mere memory. Prediction is always a surprise.
Covid doesn’t really kill the work force. There are more work force in the market. More young people who have just graduated and added unemployed people are all looking for work. The people dying are majority the elderly. Besides, the amount of of death due to covid is such a small amount or at least not enough to decrease the work force.
Interested in another extended coronavirus interview? We spoke to Peter Hitchens last week: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gIJa4YtW7as
I'd love to see an update of this.
It hasn't got better. Maitlis got worse. We now live in a government by media country. We face the death of the USA, and the UK could easily follow.
Trust is definitely gone. Gaslighting and bullying by maskholes and lockdown zealots.
Global TDA possiblly preventing the use of cheap, well known drugs which could have potentially saved 100s of thousands of live.
Always great to listen to- even when i dont agree with some of what he says. Intelligent interviewer too.
'We' trust The Prime Minister… Bye Bosie.
Dystopian future were will this shinking ship end little tribes in a europe state
I’m a teacher, and doing everything online is clunky, inefficient and time-consuming. It’s not an advance over teaching in person.

Oli is everything that's wrong with English men.
I’ve been considering this.

If the left eventually silence this man, among others, I will leave the country.
Listening to this was like breathing mountain air. Simply delightful.

I respect Douglas Murray and quite like his books, but he's not as brilliant or perceptive as Peter Hitchens.

Buddy, get rid of that squeaky goddamn chair. Now.
We will be standing outside our homes at 8pm on every Thursday to clap the NHS in 500 years.
Time for us to grow up and put away these idiotic new ideas about there being more than two genders etc etc.
