Anyway, that is why we need to keep “ghosts in the machine” and make sure humans can’t be eliminated or automated out of jobs especially in IT infrastructure IMHO. Automation is inevitable. Checks, balances, oversight is necessary. Our laws are not keeping up with technology and Congress rarely seems to understand technical people when they are explaining things, because it is out of their scope of experience like explaining to a caveman that we traveled to the moon. They tried to automate my Security group’s work at my last job and it was a bust, because it was too complicated for automation, but management didn’t listen or similar to congress, didn’t quite get it. I got saved by another round of cancer and was forced to quit lol.
