You know how dangerous it is for police to interact with a black man. Now add to that the layer that the man has mental illness or on drugs and needs intervention. He's lucky to be famous. A bipolar black gentleman who was a father and beloved by his church was shot right off the roof of that church because of a bipolar episode and he was "armed" with a corkscrew.
