I get so excited whenever I see your name Sir, you are a Legend, I can imagine the hard work you put behind every article. It takes a lot of effort to do research and find relevant facts and data to cover any topic comprehensively from MAINS perspective. The job becomes way easier when one just merely dictates whatever has been stated in the articles. I have never seen you give damn about what the biased authors (Most of the them) have to say and you always present views from both sides to give a holistic coverage to any topic. Hello sir… According to my experience of work with the people / farmers in rural area I have observed the following :1)First of all people won't demand the work ..If they do also then they won't be ready to do manual work ( about 80%of people ). But the govt.keep pressurizing the implementing officers to show the progress and it might lead to malpractices.etc.
Can Any amendments to use machinery for little portion of work in the Act??

Though being upsc aspirant, my personal opinion of haryana step is appreciable, the reasons bcoz the BIMARU states over populate the north region and tend to over dominate and grab other states oppurtunites with the pretext of having high seats in parliament which they think they can turn any policy towards them. This is how south states are loosing their revenue and likewise Punjab haryana too. Its need of hour to make region specific population norms to counter unequal distribution of resources, oppurtunites and development
