I mean really, how radical are the left when all their violence, murder, riots, looting, property damage are allowed to happen and even funded by every major corporation people once rallied against? IDOTS, HYPOCRITES, JOKES!
The Joker upsets the establishment in every generation. He upset the conservative comics code in the 50's, now he's upsetting the liberal cancel culture.
Really tho, I feel like Suicide Squad's Joker was meant to be a "bad boy", appeal to a young instagram using crowd. Hence why he acts edgy, he's the "dangerous boyfriend who yet understands your crazy". Ironically he's defined by Harley's presence, he's there to be her love interest, nothing more.
Every person wants to be really seen and heard by others. It’s not so much about attention but feeling like someone cares enough to actually listen. The Joker was mentally ill and suffered trauma and abuse his entire life. These angry white men feel ignored, feel unseen. Everyone ignores them because they often hold all the power in this world. There is another side to men that has been chastised and pushed down… the sensitive, human, empathetic part. The part they detest now in others because it was shamed out of them by society. It’s our job as a society to nurture our boys so they grow up to be strong, empathetic men. It’s the only way we can stop all this madness we’re seeing today.
on 3.10 you showcased such a shitty propaganda piece only USA could've created lololol p.s. Todd Phillips is absolutely right – outrage is commodity. Honestly, watching those MSM jumping out of their pants in order to frame ppl who related to "Joker" as "white male rage" was disgusting, as this attempt to box smth much broader & more common to everyone (minorities IN PARTICULAR) was absolutely see-through… well, they're legit scared & it's great to see folks seeing through their BS anyway. And MSM putting creators up against the wall w/ questions like "how wld u comment that the movie incites violence???" (as if it's established fact & not the narrative of "danger, beware, folks, don't dare relating") had the same exact reason – transparent narrative building.
Arthur has a crush on a black woman. He murders rich privileged white misogynist men displaying toxic-masculinity. The film spends most of the run time criticising attitudes to social care systems and illustrates an apathetic society whose Conservative politics screw over the lower classes with mental health problems. This movie literally then ends in a violent Marxist mob revolution against the ruling elite – HOW IS THIS IN ANY WAY A RIGHT-WING MOVIE???
He says it all at the end, before he shoots. It's about a society that ignores and belittles mentally ill people and MAKES them dengerous. They aren't like that, the society pushes them to be. He is not the villain – the society that acts like it has a moral high ground above him; is. That's obvious from the film to me.
'The Joker is political, from protesters to pissed-off internet teenagers to Presidents…" – casually ignores *effeminate Joker from The Dark Knight Returns.

I don’t think this speaker can understand that you can be crazy and a genius plus if your a genius a lot of the time it’s easier to loose sanity
So is the Joker a conservative movie or a liberal movie?
Frozen 2 caused more violence than this movie.
My anime favorite bat man villen.
If this movie is condemnation of anything, it's a condemnation of the media. Arthur didn't become the Joker, the media made him the Joker.
Not "The Joker"
Authur is
A "Joker"
Psychopaths can be logical, strategic and articulate; not all are serial-killers or serial-criminals, but yeh, many of them are stirringly clever.
It would really have been a plus if the videos mentioned what’s happening and happened in Chile when the movie came out

How can people agree with joker? You can hate society and not commit mass murder.

I'd love a take on Gotham's Valeska Jokers.
I really want to call Jared Leto's Joker the Instagram Joker from now on lmao

You had me somewhat until you started quoting Michael Moore.
The joker seems to be a symbol of the idealization of chaos .
Twas and is great movie, pheonix does justice to Heath's portrayal. And how many of us feel like no one or no agency gives a sh°t any them.

It's hard not to believe that the current riots and protests are somehow inspired by joker's fed up with the way society treated him
If you keep abusing and killing innocent men, you get what you fucking deserve

I think some of those masks on protestors were actually the mask from V for vendetta which you should give your take on!
Liked the movie, dissapointed they didn't address his genius which he would need to stay ahead of the Batman
