      Well the worst of it happened for me today! I had a mental break down so bad, my parents had to call the police on me. And I almost went to a behavioral health center on a 5150!!

      I have serious anxiety and I don't know how to cope with. Can't remember how many times I cried alone in my room. I'm not sure whether it is the symptom or anxiety I feel like I had breathing difficulty. I'm really lost and not dare to go to check because I scared I will be infected when I go to hospital.

      My Anxiety is the worst. It's become quite unbearable.
      I think I know what's going on. There must be stuff being sprayed or something. And that is trying to weaken us innocent people! The government and them secret agents are the ones doing all this. I've been dealing with some demons. They've been causing me to have a LOT of depression, making me go bed extremely late on a daily basis, low immune system and it's even causing me to have bad teeth. My teeth has gotten so bad to a point I CAN'T even eat certain foods I'm unable to chew or swallow like the food isn't going down it sticks to the mouth, teeth and throat, That has also given me a loss of appetite. Now, I've got to do things to repair the nerves. It's gonna take quite a while to recover which is not going to be easy…

      Reading Quran is the best solution of every stress.l was also stressed for 5month but believe me now I'm much better and positive thoughts by reading Quran and praying salah. It's hard to believe but it's works
