Prelude – As the Article 326 provide the power to the citizen of India to cast their vote in lower house election and also given the power to express their choice under Article 19, the Parliament has also provided statutory power under RPA 1951. The election should be fare and transparent, for that the secret ballot system has adopted for the following reasons- 1. It saves the voter from external aggression from the political power. 2. Provide the power of secrecy 3. Provide freedom to caste vote with highest degree The secret ballot system also produce the challenge to the democracy if we envisaged the situation where the morally right and eligible candidate can't get a chance to find the people who are in his support. The voter can voluntarily show their choice and the provision is mentioned in the section of RPA 1951. The choice has been already provide by the Parliament. This power can support to the Article 19 which is related to expression of thoughts. Conclusion – So we can say that, the secret ballot system not only enhance the power of election process but also improvising the power of Fundamental right.

Sir one request….plz consider it sir…..i am a regular reader of this analysis and habitual of reading the news in the format of words shown in the video…….but when we download the link of the analysis notes…it’s in textbook format..it seems hard , bookish and difficult to read and understand…..plz..sir earlier version was more natural to read and understand as it reflects as handwritten format of notes…please resolve this issue sir…my huge request

A:) Democracy is the only system that stand by and for the suppressed people of in a society, because casting a vote is a constitutional right and article 19 includes right to secrecy, so it's not only protect the voice of voters but also help in choosing responsible government. Currently, 78 women MP (MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT) is just a example and result of secret voting. Because it's empower women, Sc/st and minority categories for voting on their mindsets, not on that money which tells them where to vote. but it also have such following limitations :- 1:) Fake voting curruption by some politicians and their supporters. 2:) purchasing of votes and voters by politicians. 3:) Forcefully voting 4:) Women voters have mainly voting on their family's mindset. Despite, democracy provided the voice but some Troublemaker who doesn't have political ethics, continuously ready to suppress that voices of mass. So that we need following reforms :- 1:) voting by mobile and SMS etc. 2:) empower and educate women but not forget the girls. 3:) social awareness campaign by self help groups. 4:) include importance of voting in school syllabus. 5:) ban of the criminals in politics.
List out suggestions to improve the protection of women from domestic violence.
During COVID pandemic world has witnessed rise in domestic violence against women. Domestic violence means physical,sexual, mental or emotional exploitation of women by her male partner or by her in-laws for any reason. * the inherent problem in india is the patriarchal mindset. To improve the conditions of women it necessay to start teaching or sensitising a male child at a very young age to respect and consider women as a human with the right to enjoy and exercise same and equal freedom to live with dignity . *education institutions can play a vital role in creating awareness among its students both boy and a girl. Educating them the laws and concept of equality. * digital media like movies ,Netflix and so on , can bring a change in people's mindset throgh their stories and messages. * education and financial independence of women can make them self reliant and self confident to speak up for themselves and not to tolerate any kind of violence. *providing legal aid to women and help line supporting women to make it a essential service can go a long way. *stricter laws can reduce the intensity and frequency of number of cases. *organizations supporting women should be provided with funding to support women hit by a violence so that they can start their life with confidence . Education , awareness, gender sensitization, stricter law,sex education, financial independence of women and so on can prove beneficial to stop this menace of domestic violence.

To ensure this secrecy of ballot is to be ensured, which means that voters should have the right to not disclose the voting choice which they have made. -As per Representation of people's act, the privacy of people with respect to voting should not be infringed so that free and fair elections can be conducted and voters don't have to vote under the pressure of some political party, they can't be threatened to vote in favour of a particular party. Thus buying of votes, blackmailing and intimidating can be avoided. -Article 19 of Indian constitution provides freedom of speech and expression ,which provides freedom of silence which is implict in this article, so that citizens can vote without fear and favour. – Further article 326 of the Indian constitution provides right to vote . If voters are forced to disclose their choice then it might limit their franchise. -secrecy of ballots also ensure democratic right of a citizen to choose the leader of their choice. Thus it can be concluded that secrecy of ballot is a key to Indian democracy which empowers the citizen to choose the leader of their choice.
