That is the system which needs to be changed in order to serve the death of Mr Floyd properly………….. This is not a Communist, Applied Dialectics issue (Black VS White) …. this is an issue which affects all Americans……. The existence of Mr Floyd's historical criminal record is what cost him his life…… Police assumed due to an old outdated history, of criminal behavior, that Mr Floyd continued to remain an armed felon, and they acted accordingly…. That is what needs to change…. Change these laws to honor Mr Floyd Misdemeanors need to be expunged from ones record the moment the debt to society is paid in full….. Felonies need to be expunged from ones record 5 to 7 years after the debt to society is paid in full…. What 5 to 7 means …. if you commit a felony and within 5 years of paying the debt for such felony do not commit another, then the felony is expunged … if however you commit another felony within that initial 5 years, the first and any following felonies will follow until 7 years after the final felony has been paid in full…..
