Summary how I meet the radio station and the harassments All this started from the year of 1997. I was attended Clark College in Vancouver WA.I was one of the popular students in campus, not that I was a 4.0 smart student or good at any sport. It was because I like snowboarding and I like to dress up like a skater with crazy styles. It also there weren’t many Asian in college and in town. That was the reason I was kind of lay out and people know who I was at everywhere I went. I met a popular student named Jenny that she worked at the Clark College security office counter as a student. And at that time I never approached her, because I was a very shy person and my English was very poor. Somehow, I started to heard the radio station was mentioned an Asian skater sounds like me was going to Clark College. The ex- Fm 95.5-presently Fm 107.5 and Fm 100.3 radio stations was making fun and joke about me on the air. I was being bullied and make fun of in campus, some of the students as audiences recognized the Asian with crazy skater styles who the radio station talked about was me. I was very upset about being bullied. I had to move to Seattle Washington to stay away in the year of 1998. Somehow, I went to the mental hospital for about 30 days in Seattle, because I was depressed and mentally unstable from when I was being bullied. After I got out of the hospital for treatment, I thought that I was mentally ill as well as delusional about the radio station harassment in Vancouver Wa . I also heard the radio station in Seattle talked about a girl named Jenny was looking for someone that sounds like me once in a while. I thought that was my delusional until the year of 1999 after 11 months later, I finally made up my decision and e mailed to the Portland radio business to confront them. I found out everything was real… However, I had to move back to Vancouver WA from Seattle in the year 2001. The radio station started talking about me on the air and referencing me to the public everyday by my Email or Chinese name ChiHa. The radio DJ saying “want me to be famous” this powerful words as an excuse for harassing, slander, and defamation of character, insulted me publicly, invaded my privacy, and giving intimate details about my private life and sexually harassing me. They also were broadcasting on air where and what I was doing. Radio station DJs also said something nasty and disgusting things about me. The radio station DJs would describe I was Asian, how I looked, as well as describing how I dress like a skater or snowboarder with crazy styles from Vancouver Washington. In Vancouver Washington where I was living, there are very few Asian people. This made it very easy for audiences to identify me. Pretty soon people started harassing me and making fun of me in public. I felt that I was being bullied. It became difficult for me to go to college or even go out to night clubs in small town Vancouver Washington. After all of this started to happen I began to file complaints to the radio station. I did this thru emails and phone calls, but they refused to leave me alone. So I stopped by the radio station to demand the DJ’s to stop the harassment, otherwise I will file a lawsuit against them. The radio station DJ told me that they’re not scared of getting sued, because their owner is Paul Allen. -(The radio station DJs disclosed that their owner is Paul Allen, and they have all kinds of spying technology, including Microsoft mapping satellites and satellites of his own can see the whole world,. Paul Allen is one of the richest men in the world. He was a Microsoft president, he has more than 20 billion dollars with more than 100 businesses worldwide and most business is related to Technology. He also is one of the biggest U.S technology supporters including U.S government top-secret technology. During the next eight years, in attempt to protect myself and my rights, I contacted the police more than 10 times, but they didn’t believe me. They even yelled at me, said that I had mental problem and never help to investigate my case to contact Jenny, her parents as the main witnesses to the radio station for harassing me. I also contacted the FCC, white house, governor, mayor and a couple of Oregon judges about the radio station’s harassment. But all they told me was to contact a civil lawyer. I contacted all the lawyers that I could find in the phone book, but none of them would take my case in the last 22 years. Most lawyers told me that they know radio station is a very powerful and wealth business, they did not want to take a risk. With no legal help, I created a web site to the public in the year of 2002, as an evidence to warn the radio station that I would sue them for 3 billion dollars and more than 3 million dollars for each day for taking my privacy and my private life and to turn it into a radio show. The total was more than 22 billion dollars, but the radio station still would not leave me alone and I still had no legal help. Every day they continued to do this to me and the mental distress that I got was because of them. In the end of year 2003, I was charged for bomb threat to one of the radio station in Seattle. I made a mistake that I thought the radio station was owned by the same owner Paul Allen. I was in king county jail and at a hospital in Tacoma for treatment. As soon as I got released in the year of 2005, I worked and went back to school to study for my career. Everything was great and back to my normal life until year of 2007. I wrote a book named “Portland Radio Station and Hollywood Scandal Spying” however then the radio DJs started harassing me to start yet again harassing, slander, defamation of character, insulted me publicly, invaded my privacy, giving intimate details about my private life on the radio show.
