What the matter of focus is Brinkmanship is a Foreign policy of Socialist Leadership such as Russia, North – Korea, China. In recent years China built artificial Island in south china sea . He is increasing his dominance in the region to exploit the rich resources of south China sea. Before few years ONGC got a contract from Vietnam to extract the Crude oil from EEZ of Vietnam in south China sea but due to military actions of china ONGC quit that job. Chinese adventurism is such that to expand one's territory by capturing others ex – Tibet , Aksai chin and parts of Arunachal Pradesh.They also claimed Taiwan. The Debt Trap phising is also a new economic form of that policy. SriLanka , Djbouti has paid for this and Pakistan and Nepal could be the future victims of that policy. Way Forward- Mirror Deployment is a good Democratic measure. There are many cunning tricks to avoid that but to survive the Faith of others we should Maintain Status quo in all religions. Other countries should be warned of the concerns as Quad initiative is doing.
