It should not be allowable for police to order citizens who want to feel confident in their police force to "go away" in order to stay free from citizens recording their actions. They-the police should not be free to violate civil rights by ordering citizens to stay "out of view" during arrests. I am sure this will be the "New" norm as police fight back against accountability.
