GS III DARK NET Darknet is smaller {~1%) Part of deep web. It contains a lot of hidden data which normally is unavailable on regular web browser. It contains secret documents of Govts , NGOs , Activists ; Malicious documents of terrorists , radicalizing groups , Child pornography , tutorials on explosives and toxins. Darknet is that smaller part which is very infamous for destructive activities. All Terrorists organizations use this media for terrorism funding through Cryptocurrencies. Already Cryptocurrencies are encrypted and the use of darknet makes it double layer protected which becomes almost impossible to crack and trace.
The most common Browser used is TOR( The Onion Router) . All the components of deepweb are hidden through a different type of Tor hidden sevice protocol which does not use HTTPS at all for interface.The IP addresses of the sender and receiver i.e the communicators are hidden and untraceable. Contents and services which should not be available for normal users, they make this available. This is a Huge threat to Global peace. It is encouraging Cyberterrorism, Data Hacking, Terrorism and Bioterrorism. There has not been any provision to control deep web. It is Uncertain that when world will be able to control this. It also provides chat room for encrypted communication. Illegal weapon deals and purchases are done. There are some legitimate users also such as cyber experts , govt. agencies for intelligence purposes. They get tremendous advantages of the encrypted communication system.

Post Covid19 infrastructure development- China presents a BRI for infrastructure development and economic growth in India. But this will dilute our sovereignty. The project has been framed only for the intrest of China to Dump their products in other countries, to destroy others domestic market and strategically prepare internally to move their propaganda of expansionist. When we connect the dots of BRI and polar silk route we get a very serious threat in the form of " string of pearl." China has tremendous economic power and also military power so they are doing tactics of Debt Trap as in case of Sri Lanka. Maldives and Malaysia was almost there and the regime changed . Trust Deficit is Historical. How they played Hindi-Chini Bhai bhai and internally built strategic routes and then stabbed in back of us. Chinese have Border disputes with almost all their neighbors. China always interfered in our internal matters. We should consider other ways except China.
