Dr. Barry Morguelan, a Coach to Tony Robbins, paused his practice in LA, traveled to Tibet and worked with Monks to discover techniques based on THIS EXACT self -initiated self-dopamine dosing! One exercise: focus in on 10 small victories each day!!! So this is the neuroscience that explains this act! Amazing.
We create everything from within. Then give gratitude that you already have it & it becomes true for you. Refrain from negation. Your bithright is blessings & Inner Joy, so create a world of abundance for yourself…give it to each expression of Consciousness crossing your parh & you give it to yourself. One is All & everything, therefore All & everything = One.
I want you to know you and your guests have kept me going especially during these grueling times & the demons of the mind that tell me “it’s not worth it” ??
I really enjoyed it more than l expected and the whoop it what l have been looking for when l heard it at the end l was like oh my word that's what l have been looking for. Thank you.
As a student of Neuropsychology I thought this was one of the most informative and yet practical video blogs I have listened to! Tom, thank you for bringing Andrew Huberman on your channel! I am grateful to have your channel on my self-development tool box. ?
Wow wow wow thank you Dr! For sharing your knowledge freely for us to benefit. I do breathing exercises every morning, have Dan Brule book but haven't really been doing the 2 breaths in, 1 breath out!
Amazing. Amazing. Amazing interview. Thank you Tom and Dr Huberman. I'd love to hear Andrew unpack theta brain waves a bit more. I can achieve waking theta pretty consistently in meditation, now I wonder how to best utilize that state for personal growth. Recommendations on reading and listening material are very welcome. Thanks again, Tom!
Thank you!!!! Tom you are God-send!!! I wish my husband would watch these. His mind is so negative bc the failures that he experienced! He has so much trouble thinking positive inspire of all the success throughout the years..and so hes not able to focus on learning to thinking success!!!
Thanks Tom – you have some great interviews. This for me was definitely the best so far. Very much worth the listening time – he gets to the point, doesn't waffle, and most crucially – gives the listener useable techniques. Thank you!
Wow! Amazing! I have been singing daily for 20 years in my training as an opera singer. I also do Hypnosis every day. I’m amazed at this info! I will follow up on as much info as I can now. I hope there is a book so I can learn more???????????????
Wow!!! I usually watch these videos on 1.75 or 2x with captions because that works for my brain . But this man gave SO much specific useful information I had to slow it down to 1.25 and I will watch it again. So many excellent very specific tools And ALL the neuroscience behind them – YES!! I love what you do. I only wish all this had been available when I was 20! But oh well I'm living to 130!!!
This was awesome although in my opinion Dr. Huberman should have done what is just and deserving by acknowledging “the woman” by name instead of verbal citation.
Best episode so far Tom! I've been following you since your beginnings at Inside Quest and this episode was just mind-blowing. Like you said at the end, don't you dare apologize!
I'm listening to this for about the 5th time. I've come to realize, others, perhaps, can listen to the helpful suggestions of James Clear, Mel Robbins, etc. implement those things in their lives, and start to grow. Me, I gotta listen to them all, pay attention to the science, and start to learn how the brain works and what all the neurotransmitters are… it seems the more I learn, the more I need to learn to apply it. But, that's alright. If it were straightforward and easy, I'd already be doing it.

At about 32:00 he talks about the norepinephrine circuit shutting down. Is that what's happening in learned helplessness?
