The thing with OGS is that he is rebuilding the whole club, the culture, the identity and getting us back to the roots. He is changing the system and the whole logistics in the club! If unitedfans cant see that then i dont think anything can help u…… he is shipping off the average journeymen one by one. This is not football manager where u can pick and choose and just ship off every guy with a flick of the wrist! The teams he has chosen these games…. all young talents on the bench, and the signings he got are improvements!
OGS cant force pogba and rash to score on penalties… thats up to them. Against palace we had several bad personal errors that lead to goals… lindeløf on the first, pogba and de gea on the second. The goal from Neves in the wolves just cant be stopped….. that first halv against wolves was solid and miles above the performances against wolves last season! this young team will be inconsistant but the gameplay is so much better and solid than last year! Trust in OGS!
Ole is living in the past. Tactics from 20 years ago are no use in today’s football. Just running around at speed and with energy won’t win you games. The world has moved on. He has no system to mould the team in and is clueless as far as tactics go . Look at his past 15 matches. Don’t see those results improving anytime soon. You think he’s going to last?
There is no realistic alternative to Ole. If we bring another manager in we will have to start again with different ideas, different players etc. We can't be doing this every couple of seasons. If you do this you stand still – or even go backwards. Martial, Rashford, James, Lingard means lots of pace but no guile. Better suited to playing on the break away from home rather than at OT where mediocre teams come to defend and we struggle to break them down.

A good game for Lingard is doing all the basic's right. He has no raw quality. I've been saying this for years.
