Today's answer
Q1.border disputes between india and Nepal? .
Ans. Yes , ancient history had some problems related to boundary issues. Eg india and china ( mac mohan line). And india and Pakistan ( red cliff line). Some areas are disputed between neighbours.
Recent eg is india and Nepal boundary issues.
1. In ancient times , hinduism was the religion of both the nation s. Eg. Pm modi had visited in kamakkya temple of Nepal.
2. And gautam buddha was born in kapilavastu in Nepal and spread message in india for the first time at sarnath in u.p.
3. In 1816 treaty of sangauli had signed between india and Nepal during british era.
4. In 1981 , both the nations had made a joint boundary working group.
5.in 2007 , both nations had completed their strip maps .and almost 98% of area had completed but 2% area remains. Like kalapani and lipulekh.
6. Almost 25 lacs Nepalese people live in india .
7. There is no requirement of visa and passport to travel between india and Nepal.
8. Madhesi community of Nepal had also make a bridge between india and Nepal relations.
9. India had solveed its disputes with Bangladesh in 2015.related to boundary agreement of 1974.by constitutional amendments 100.
10. Even mari time boundary is difficult to resolve. But india had successfully done it.
?????????????????????????? way forward :-
? pm of india jawaharlal nehru had said in his book that Nepal is only country in south Asia which is independent and had friendly relation with india.
? both the nations should resolve its disputes by diplomatically.in which there is no interference by third party.
? people to people connect should be stronger. And relatives of both the nations had live in india and Nepal.
?????????????????????????? thanks .

India Nepal Bilateral talks Mains writing –
There is a quote in Bhagvad Gita that `An Unrest Mind Can't take Good decision because they can't control their Emotions and the ego supersedes wisdom'.
In this era of Globalization and economic integration the whole world trying to dilute their issues and get engaged in Trade. Nepal -India trade is beyond $ 5Bn and is in favour of India.
KALAPNI and Lipulekh disputes are just a micro tension arising due to boundary confusions. India showing data of treaty of sugauli and as per mentioned that the western part of Kali river belongs to Kingdom of Nepal and Eastern part to British India. The only dispute is in the consideration of origin of River Kali.
Both the Countries Have earlier also made a committee on Border Disputes Resolution. So they should go through that channel diplomatically and both countries should be ready for settlement as per the data Driven Scientifically and Historically correct. Nepal is a weaker country and all the countries in south Asia and IORA consider India as a BIG BROTHER.
The issue is political due to their Communist ideology. People to People contact is excellent .
India has two options
1. Deal diplomatically
2.delay the issue till regime change.
India must consider the balance between Ethical and Legal.
