Sorry but as an AD service member, I find it hard to defend my country when so many of it's people hate us or don't appreciate what we do or misunderstand what we're doing around the world. The want to protect the citizens here aren't that high for me. However, I would die for my country ?? for the ones who I know love America. For the moms that spend time with their kids, the dad's that camp and go fishing with their sons and daughters, the families enjoying themselves at Disneyland or at the park, the old ladies who are filled with kindness and love etc. Those people and more I would die for and protect America for including obviously my family. I want more people filled with love in our country instead of a constant cloud of hate. Whatever happened in the past, let's address it and move forward together.
And how do you know exactly what china does or does not have militarily and technologically? Unless you are deeply involved in the Chinese military and chinese government. The US government has much to fear. Not just China. Russia South American countries and iran and Korea. Lots of middle east hatred toward the US especially from iraqi civilians and with good reason.
As an Aussie – I’m kinda miffed you didn’t even mention Australia as a strong US allie in Asia Pacific. Statistically Australia is the only country that has always been on the same side as the US 100% of the time. There are also 3000 Marines in Darwin (top of Australia). Not to mention Pine Gap.
i hope if they are both at war, I want them to be destroyed both in their own country and even more abroad so that both hegemony extinct forever with their allies.?
