I am SO incredibly excited to say that I am finally at a place where I am ready to share my entire health & fitness journey. From binge eating, restriction, …
not to sounds like a granny…. but……..I am really shocked about how much your think about diet in your age, lmao(that totally sounds like granny). but when I was in my teenage I just eat whatever lol, not until I went to uni…..
girl i resonate so much with you. i lost my mom at 14 and ever since have struggled sm with self image and my body. just know i really look up to you and am SO proud of you
I had the overworking stomach too! I was in cross country season and had mediocre meals during school. My figure was pretty but my stomach was a little puffed out all the time. Since quarantine, I've finally got it down,
Hi Sophie, This is just really inspiring. Thank you for sharing your story! Oh and also a question, which brand smartwatch do you recommend? ?Like to hear from you.
Love this so much! I’ve taken up walking since quarantine started (about a mile and a half a day) and I’ve lost 15 lbs-also cutting out carbonated drinks and sticking to water has helped my skin and bloating so much!
I’ve never related to someone’s fitness journey so much and I just want to say thank you for being so open and honest! I’ve struggled so much recently with constantly feeling bloated and not knowing why and I’ve never considered it could just be all the stress I’m putting my body through. I’ve been punishing my body for being bloated but it has probably just been crying out for help! You’ve totally changed my mindset on this particular topic, thank you
hi! i love this video, you're amazing! just out of curiosity, do you/did you count calories to lose weight? i've been in a calorie deficit and started making healthier choices since February and i've lost some weight but I'm struggling to see any major differences. i am a dancer and am striving to be lean and feel my best, what are your suggestions?
This really hits home, as I had one or two of the exact same habit- especially the part about treating fruit like something that I was not supposed to eat. I was so focused on cutting out sugar that I didn't eat fruit at all for a while. It was challenging to teach myself that eating fruit is actually really good for just about any health goal I could have as long as I wasn't eating so many of it at a time. I really love fruit, so having a big portion is probably what led me to believe I should eat it. Really glad that phase is over, fruit is delicious and good for you
I’m currently on a fitness/good relationship with food journey. I’m currently at 51kg/112lbs and my goal weight is 46kg/101lbs. I’ve had a history of ED and starving myself. Since I recovered from that 2 years ago I’ve lost 12kg/28lbs. That’s through eating better and not restricting. I’m in the “healthy range” right now but I’m towards the higher end for my height (I’m 4’10) so 46kg is smack bang in the middle for me. Wish me luck!
Heyyy sophie, thank you soo much for your video! i'm kinda going through this phase where i've become kinda skinny fit from restrictive diet and i'm trying to find a balance with exercising and eating right. Thank you for being an inspiration!! <3
How Long are your workouts?
I’m so sorry for the loss of your mother ?????????
Very helpful and motivating! ? Also, i love your necklace, may I ask where it's from?
