Whenever doing hard workouts always build up to them and take it slow! A lot of these are CrossFit exercises and can be extremely hard on the body at first. When I started doing CrossFit for the first week and a half it was hard to move around or walk up and down the stairs because my legs and arms were vibrating and shaking whenever I bent them. Over time though it gets easier! Always challenges yourself a good amount, but don’t strain your body too much or go overboard or you can hurt yourself really badly! It’s best to do CrossFit with a trainer or in a class with set exercises, routines, sets, and reps.
