As a liverpool fan it always makes me sad when i hear cara speaking…. not harshly but slightly negative about torres….. i will always love torres and even though he was on the decline when he left i will always have so many fond memories of that hair band and red shirt flying down the pitch….
Liverpool fan here. JT was class. Also a very likeable guy and honest here. I hated him in his playing days, but that was testament to how good he was. Both legends.
On their last point about the 'golden generation' – Capello playing Heskey up front with Rooney behind and Gerrard on the wing always seemed like huge mistake for me. Should have been Rooney up front with Gerrard behind. Was a huge shame Capello was so rigid about having a big man up front.
Talking about the golden generation, I think it was a case of other teams also had world class players. If we had that crop of players now we would win everything
The only reason the Prem turned against Chelsea after Abramovich bought them was because the Usual Suspects, Liverpool, Arsenal and United were unhappy that they had a new rival and theoretically a rival that would be willing to invest more into improving the squad than their current owners are which had them quaking in their boots because not only would they have to dig deeper into their pockets, which we've now seen they had to but they would also hurt them financially by winning. The rest of the league is stuck in small minded mentality or are bitter they didnt get bought out.
United fan here have to admit that John Terry was absolute class as good if not better than Ferdinand and Vidic would probably say he was better than the pair of them he had both of their qualities bundled into one with a better ability to organise probably the last "true captain"
I can imagine in 10 or 20 years fans won't be allowed to boo the opposite team as it might affect their mental health. I swear players back then were so much better than today
These two type of leaders are massively missed in the Premier league today. They make the rivalries for the fans having two guys who bleed for their clubs. Nowadays you just dont feel like it is as important if they win or lose against each other. For any side. Its still entertaining but the passion is not on the same scale.
The diamond was the end of chelsea. When mourinho started using that when Ballack came in and he played Makele, essien, Ballack and Lampard all together. No wingers. It was lacking pace. The 4 3 3 with the wingers was chelsea at its best. They lost that.
Sky please get JT to do another one with just Carra & Neville, talking in-depth only about the '00s PL & England?
9:00 awww. Makes me wish my Dad was demonstrative as Mou??
Hmm bit of flirting going on here between Skipper & Carra. You love to see it??
(hope Gary & Lampsy didn't catch this episode though?)
Thought that was brilliant. I even like John Terry now!?

Legends, both of them!
Torres got them a Champions League anyway. haha worth the money.

Adrian Chiles has lost quite a bit of weight…
Terry = arsehole
Sky Sports one minute! Let's stop racism and discrimination! Next, let's get John Terry
Is sky sports sponsored by airpods??
Footballers have horrible taste in decor

Here’s hoping these 2 get Icon cards in FIFA 21
Torres segment at 17:30 and lasts less than 5mins. Torres was physically shot and went from a great world beater to just pretty good.
Also breaking news, Germany beat Brazil 7-0
Ash and Bridgey.
You can't draw teams from the same country in the group stages?
Love cara's top.
I hope this continues as far as it can when football starts again. Its been ace seeing all these legends talking about awesome times in football.
I just hope Carra keeps his wife under seven locks
Jose manipulated yhem into doing what he wanted ?????

JT didn’t do anything that bad it was Wayne’s ex-missus and if Toni wants to stay with JT that’s her look out. Let’s talk about Ryan giggs………………

The England manager at the time should have encourage Gerrard to join Chelsea, his relationship with Lampard would have improved England.
Love to see Giggs, Terry & Icardi. Rare breed
25:25
'I'm not sure who the centre back was'
'Yeah, I can't think' – might that be because it was Ferdinand?
Thank god gnevilles not on here
I like John Terry from a liverpool fan
Terry telling Rafa what goes down well with the lads? I wonder how well shagging your team mates misses went down with the lads?! Lol
