Mental health is one of the most ignored aspects of the 21st century. It has become a taboo. People think that success is linked to happiness i.e., they believe that the more they succeed the more is the happiness. This thought has to be changed. People should read motivational books like 'The monk who sold his Ferrari', 'How to win friends and influence people', 'The power of your subconscious mind' etc., We should try to assimilate positive thoughts and ignore the negative ones. Our conscious mind is the lens and sub-conscious mind is the screen. Whatever is incident on the conscious, it ll be projected into the subconscious. So body, mind and words should be in balance. Don't take instantaneous decisions. Wait and think for a while. Schools should give importance to mental education and give certain weight to it in the final examinations. It ll act as a positive reinforcement. We should approach doctors incase we are not able to deal with it. People should keep themselves busy whenever they are feeling low, because idle mind is devil's playground.
Need to open up mind (mental) health schools or we all want students to watch this video or lecturers pls forward this one to all of your students. Along with household women's, old age people also. Famous quote said – It's a phase, this will pass – Superstar Rajinikanth.

Actor Sushant's death is not an issue of mental health in general. It is an issue of resilience, especially in a cut throat industry like the film industry. If you don't build that resilience, you get overwhelmed and develop depression, which just goes deeper with time. More so if you don't use your support system (family, true friends, etc.). Talk about developing resilience from early adulthood.
When human beings want to do achieve more anything in their life and they do not achieve it then they take some worse steps in their life, so We shouldn't give up so soon,. Be positive, be hopeful and also be passionate about your goals, Talking to someone about your problems who's close to you and never be collapse.

The problem with these discussions is that, they are of no practical use. They really doesn’t give you any “tool” to handle mental health. In my opinion the tools are : meditation, Vipasana, music, sport etc. You have to find your own tool. Good luck.

sorry for this statements but i am not agree with kumkum mam she says that if someone is having stress let go and do some yoga and meditation but this is not only a solution to tackle with this kind of problem . we have to think about own problem and find a way ,how to solve this problem . for example if a jobless persion is having stress about own job the persion is continusly thinking about job how can he get job becouse he or she is thinking about own family how can they survive . so i am not agree with these panalist becouse they do not know what is the real proble. they are just hypothetical thought saying .and thank u to rs tv for providing wonderful platform for improving knowladge .
Let me clear one thing those who think the demise of sushant Singh Rajputis because of mental stress & depression only, I want to tell them that the guy who was very good at school academy, qualified Olympiad,done engineering from top NIT institute & then left in the third year to dream of becoming an amazing actor & then succeed there too is not died because he was mentally weak and depressed…the kind of torture & isolation he felt in film industry from big directors, producers or so called reputed film banner shows how nepotism grabbed the whole film industry where hypocrites are controlling everything…I think time now has come to throw away nepotism from Bollywood too so that in future no other sushant Singh Rajput take his life.
