Professional Sports Teams owners and players have greatly over estimated their value to the American People. People have found other things to do with their lives during this Pandemic and to see again with all their demands and money bickering to just come back is just mind numbing to many. And yes they are way overpaided and should stop telling us how live our lives. It's gotten old and tiresome like Hollywood and it's ideology. America will move forward either way with or without you. They really are not essential workers in the big picture. And I am a long time sports fan saying that. I haven't missed them at all. Not one single day.
All those athletes will become broke soon with all the luxury items with payments. Maintenance on a mansion is in the millions also. Let's see how long these rich people stay rich.

I think it’s a problem when these athletes make millions while underpaid healthcare workers, police, EMT and firefighters put their lives in danger every single second. There’s something majorly wrong with this picture. I will not watch any sports or Hollywood movies and idolize anyone except God and the above heroes.

We are in a once of the century pandemic. Less than 1% of the population has natural immunity(having contracted the virus) and ZERO people have acquired immunity to the virus(vaccination). The first wave is not over and people are acting like it is over. This virus attacks the respiratory system and we do not know very much about the virus at this point. We know the equivalent of the alphabet and in order to prevent widespread death and suffering, we need to have NASA levels of knowledge. If you want the media to be accountable, go back to the FCC rules that Reagan erased. The news was vastly different back then.
