NHS should be free at the point of need for all people when they are present on uk mainland !! Especially for immigrant workers because they have left their home and family to serve the people in Britain. NHS tourism is and should be delt within the visa system by issuing visa's to healthy individuals only.
This is most certainly the right decision to make! No doubt, this must have something to do with the latest government's approval ratings which showed a decline.
