Police seek suspects who robbed suburban West Palm Kwik Stop on Sunday

Palm Beach Post Staff Writer

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to help identify two men who allegedly robbed a suburban West Palm Beach convenience store Sunday.

At about 4:35 p.m Sunday, two unknown males entered the Kwik Stop in the 2100 block of 10th Avenue North and robbed the clerk at gun-point, according to a sheriff’s office report.

The first suspect entered the store while talking on the phone. Moments later the second suspect ran into the store brandishing a black semi-automatic handgun, the report said. He allegedly pointed the gun at the clerk and demanded cash.

The first man took a customer’s purse and both suspects then fled, the sheriff’s report said. The men were last seen driving a red 2013 Chevy Camaro.

One man wore a dark colored jacket and a red striped shirt. The other wore a hooded jacket with red and white designs, a black mask and khaki colored pants.

Anyone who can help identify the suspects is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 458-TIPS (8477).
